THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gacheru Gikaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/1284, containing 6.0 hectares or thereabout, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in Succession Cause No. E78 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Rahab Wanjiku Gacheru (ID/5193966), (2) Irene Njoki Gacheru (ID/4893744) and (3) Gikaru Gacheru (ID/6854849), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gacheru Gikaru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39, and issue land title deed to the said of (1) Rahab Wanjiku Gacheru (ID/5193966), (2) Irene Njoki Gacheru (ID/4893744) and (3) Gikaru Gacheru (ID/6854849), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gacheru Gikaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
