THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Nairesiae Meleta (ID/33960612), (2) Leti ene Meleta Natu (ID/23961982) and (3) David Teto Meleta (ID/42528210), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Kajiado/Olchoro-Onyore/28376, situate in the county of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said land title deeds were fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deeds for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and revert the said piece of land to its rightful owners being Meleta ole Natu Leyian and upon such registration the land register issued earlier to the said David Teto Maleta (ID/42528210), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
