THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Wanjiku Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of lands containing 1.12 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Mawingo/2529, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 5 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jecinta Wambui Mwaura, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Hannah Wanjiku Mwangi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hannah Wanjiku Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
