THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Mwangi Ngororo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, situate in the county of Laikipia, known as Euasonyiro Suguroi Block VII/340 (Ngobit II), and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 569 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Daniel Kihara Mwangi, as administrator, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mwangi Ngororo (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 in the name of the said Daniel Kihara Mwangi, as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mwangi Ngororo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
