THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS J. Mwangi Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.25 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 2/Gacharage/397, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E399 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Samuel Kabitu Mwangi (ID/29177477), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration the said grant document in favour of Samuel Kabitu Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said J.
