THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William Chagadwa Ansalusi (deceased), isregistered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.051 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Kiambu, known as Karai/Karai/5882, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. 60 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Leah Mmbone Kayel, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said William Chagadwa Ansalusi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Leah Mmbone Kayel and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Chagadwa Ansalusi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
