GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13145

WHEREAS David Dado Nyabola (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kisumu Municipality/Block 10/4, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. E432 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of (1) Anthony Okwobwa Dado, (2) Dadoh Tintin Herbert and (3) Justuss Namenya, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) Stella Dado Jeremy Agare Dado and (2) Stephen Khamala Dado, and whereas the title deed in respect of David Dado Nyabola (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Dado Nyabola (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
