THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Akinyi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/1101, containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Migori County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
