REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Ngusye Mulwa, of P.O. Box 72320, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that property known as Sultan Hamud Township/240, situate in Makueni County, by virtue of a lost/destroyed white/green card/register, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said white/green card/register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct white/green card/register under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
