THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muzamil Ali (ID/23398527), of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kitui, registered under title No. Nzambani/Kyanika/3253, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost, and efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
