THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mercy Nyamurwa Njenga, (2) Arthur Ng’ang’a Njenga, (3) Margaret Nduta Mbugua and (4) Stephen Kariuki Njenga, all of P.O. Box 28378–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are personal representatives of Charles Njenga Ng’ang’a (deceased), the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/354/5, situate in the City of Nairobi, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Vol. N9, Folio 219/30, File 1620, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
