REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dominic Munyao Itumo, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those properties known as Makueni/Kimundi/906 and 913, situate in the county of Makueni, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
