REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nathan Cornelious Douglas, (2) Joseph Cristopher Douglas, (3) Esther Douglas, (4) Maria Douglas, (5) Violet Douglas, (6) Emmanuel Christopher Chengwimwe and (7) Florence Mitchell Chime-Wene, as administrators of Elizabeth Douglas (deceased), of P.O. Box 41689–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.7584 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 1931/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. CR. 56729, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
