REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Harvinder Singh Bharij and (2) Satwinder Kaur Bharij, both of P.O. Box 74573–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 2951/492, situate in city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance registered as GLA 22116, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of conveyance provided that no objection has been received within that period.
