WHEREAS I am of the opinion that Burutu Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/16380) should be dissolved, now pursuant to section 62 (1) of the Co-operative Societies Act, I order the cancelletion of the said society. Any member of the Society may within thirty (30) days from the date of this order appeal to the Cabinet Secretary responsible for Co- operative against the order. Dated the 11th August, 2014. P. L.
