REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (l) Dominic Maina Mwerere (lDl6O2M37) and (2) Chege Kamiti Kamau, both of P.O. Box 2040, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1964 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the distnct of Naivasha, registered under title No. Kiambogo,4Vliroreni Block 1/319 (Itherero), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
