WHEREAS M’Thiringi Ruchiara, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Ithima/Antuambui/2634, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. Gazetre Notice No. 766 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Nahashon Ndungu Kihoro (deceased), of P.O. Box 94, Gatukuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Chania/ Makwa/415, situate in the district of Thika, and’ whereas the resident magistrate’s court at Thika, in succession cause No. 6 of 1996, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Martha Wambui Ndungu and (2) Esther Wanjiku Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 94, Gatukuyu, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of (1) Martha Wambui Ndungu and (2) Esther Wanjiku Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 94, Gatukuyu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Martha Wambui Ndungu and (2) Esther Wanjiku Ndungu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nahashon.
