THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Williamson Kenya Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 42281, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/311/5 (Floor No. 4, Wing “B” office space), situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R.N. 57437/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been ~ adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title - provided that no objection has been received within that period.
