WHEREAS Tela Juma Lutta, of P.O. Box 94, Malava in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under title No. North Kabras/Matsakha/544, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega, in civil suit No. 60 of 1994 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Khausi Mavuko (ID/1947572), of P.O.. Box 94, Malava, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance'to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Khausi Mavuko (ID/1947572), of P.O. Box 94, Malava, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that. period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Khausi-Mavuko (ID/ 1947572), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Tela Juma Lutta, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 672, Bungoma, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Chrispinus Wekesa Namusonge, of P.O. Box 672, Bungoma, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Chrispinus Wekesa Namusonge, of P.O. Box 103, Kitale, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Francis Karani Ejoi, of P.O. Box 103, Kitale, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Francis Karani Ejoi,.and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Meta Ejoi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
