IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by, section 45 of thé Trade Disputes Act, the Minister.for Labour— (a) revokes the order published under Gazette Notice No. " 4023° of. 1995; (b) orders every employer who employs not less than five (5) members of the Tailors and Texitiles Workers Union to: G) Deduct every month a sum of 2.5 per cent of the basic salary in respect of trade union dues from the wages of each of his employees who are members of that trade union. (ii) Pay within ten (10) days the sum of ten (10) shillings so deducted from the date of which such wages were paid by crossed cheque made payable to the Centra: Organizaition of Trade Union (Kenya) into the organi- zation’s account No. 1236057 at Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited, Mama Negina Street, P.O. Box 30011, Nairobi. Gii) Pay within ten (10) days the balance of the sum so deducted from the daite of which such wages were paid by crossed cheque made payable to the Tailors and Textiles Workers Union into that union’s account No. 2787286 at the Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited. Mama Neina Street, P.O. Box 30011, Nairobi. (iv) Notify that trade union and the organization in writ- ting and within one month of the payment.
