Copy should be clear, legible and contain, no alterations, Particular attention should be paid to the following points: @ Signature must be supported by rubber stamping or typing the name of the signatory in capital letters. Gii) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to notices and references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised Edition of the Laws of Kenya. EXTRACT FROM THE CODE OF REGULATIONS, SECTION D— Kenya Gazette -“D 40, (1) Communications for the Kenya Gazetie should reach the Government Printer not later than 9 a.m. on Friday of the week before publication is desired. The Government Printer will not publish communications received after that hour until the next subsequent issue of the ‘Gazette.
