NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th November 1997, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Naizobi as Presentation No. 99, Volume DI, Folio 733/112 File DXXVII, by our client, Alice Mwikali Kingoo, of P.O. Box 146, ‘Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alice Mwikali Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Alice Mwikali Macharia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alice Mwikali Kingoo for all purposes and authorizes and nequests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alice Mwikali Kingoo only.
