THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Kangethe Njuguna, as an administrator of the estate of Njeri Kaguthi (deceased), of P.O. Box 33351, Nairobi, in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 0.0861 acres or thereabouts, known as L.R. 209/2489/31, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a lease registered as 1.R. 4499/25/1, and whereas the said Patrick Kangethe Njuguna, has executed instruments of discharge in favour of Kenya Flour Mills (1995) Limited and Nairobi Grapes Plantation Limited, limited liability companies incorporated in Kenya, having their registered offices at Nairobi, P.O. Box 43071 and 43701, Nairobi, respectively, whereas affidavits have been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (hy of the said Act declaring that the said lease registered as I.R. 4499/25/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of discharge, and at the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title in respect of the same.
