TAKE NOTICE that by a deed poli dated 20th March, 1998, duly executed and negistered in the Registry of Documents at Natrobi No. 1036 in Volume DI, Folio 740/209, File DXXVII, by me, Mukhamari Wanyonyi okhwa Muchanga, of P.O. Box 50361, (Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fred Wanyonyi Muchanga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned tthe use of my former name Fred Wanyonyi Muchanga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mukhamari Wanyonyi okhwa Muchanga for afl purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Mukhamari Wanyonyi. okhwa Muchanga only.
