THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MACHAKOS PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 43 oF 1998 By Jane Muthini Matiliku, of P.O. Box 8, Kilala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Matiliku Kilonzo, who died at Utaati Location, Makueni in Kenya, on 8th November, 1997. Cause No. 47 oF 1998 By (1) Martha Kamene Mbuvi and (2) Rebecca Kamene, both of P.U. Box 182, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s widows for a Sait of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuvi Nzyuko, late of Masii in Kenya, who died at Kyumu, Mithini in Kenya, on 29th April, 1988. , The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. - Dated the 18th March, 1998. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry ii the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
