Kalya & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Celestine Khalenya, who died at Kipkarren River. Cause No. 251 oF 1997 By Peter Wanyama Lusimu, of P.O. Box 1310, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Kalya & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Namaswa, who died along Kitale-Eldoret Road. Cause No. 269 oF 1997 By Francis Kipyapyap, of P.O. Box 192, Kapengutia in Kenya, the deceased’s father, through Messrs. Kalya & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorothy Chepoisho Kipyapyap, who died along Kapenguria-Lodwar Road. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
