IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the Timber Act, the Chief Conservator of Forests authorizes— BAtBir SINGH BHACHU to be a grader for the purposes of the Act, for é period of one (1) year, with effect from the 1st January, 1998.
