NOTICE is given that evidence of loss or destruction or misplacement of the above policy document has been submitted to the company and any person in possession of the policy or claiming to have any interest should communicate within thirty (30) days by registered post with the company, failing any such communication a certified copy of the policy document shall ‘be issued which shall be the sole evidence of the contract.
