GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1689

WHEREAS Reba M’Mbone Kalware (1D/0493350/63), of P.O. Box 391, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Butsctso/ Igotse/1342, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega, in civil suit No. 65 of 1985, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Peter Kauli Sawanga, of P.O. Box 391, Kakamega, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Peter Kauli Sawanga, of P.O. 391, Kakaimega, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid Gazette Norice No. 1690 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Luka Minyata Bisano, of P.Q. Box 3, Isulu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kakamega/Shibuname/1511, situate in the . district of Kakamega, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega, in civil suit No. 198 of 1988, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred te Batholomayo Luvutse Libombolo, of P.O. Box 3, Isulu, an¢ whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance ts an order of the said court executed a transfer of the saic piece of land in favour of Batholomayo Luvutse Libombrio, of P.O. Box 3, Isulu, and whereas all efforts made io compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land tue deeu issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said fand title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue-a land title deed tc the said Batholomayo Luvutse Libombolo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Luka Minyata, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
