WHEREAS Karen Estates Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 41061, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor as lessee of that piece of land containing 0.4000 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. 15065/51, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 56196/1, and whereas the said Karen Estates Limited, has executed an instrument of a partial discharge and transfer in favour of Josephat Richard Thumbi Gichuki, of P.O. Box 22711, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 56196/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer of a portion. Box 56, Sulmac, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.224 and 1.215 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title Nos. Naivasha/ Mwichiringiri Block 4/627 and 526, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
