WHEREAS (1) Ved Prakash Mandal, (2) Prem Parkash Mandal, (3) Rajinder Kumar Mandal and (4) Vijay Kumar ‘Mandal, are the registered proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. Msa/Block K/254A, within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas the land certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate unless a written objection has been received within that period.
