GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1454

WHEREAS Peter Njiraine Ndiga, of P.O. Box 54, Sagana in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kiine/Thigirichi/763, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in civil suit No. 37 of 1994 has ordered that the said piece-of land be transferred to Gathitu Kamotho alias Gathitu Kamotho, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has revoked the succession cause No. 125 of 1988 in respect of James Kamotho (deceased), and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no.valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the cancellation of the said land title ‘deed (Kiine/Thigirichi/763), and revert to the old land title deed (Kiine/Thigirichi/382), in the name of Gathitu Kamotho. alias Gathitu Kamotho. No. Kiine/'higirichi/1298, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeti, in civil suit No. 32 of 1994 has ordcted that the said piece of land be transterred to Kaniau Kamothe alias Gathitu Kaniotho, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court bas revoked the succession cause No. 125 of 1988 in respect of James Kamotho (deceased), and whereas al! efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the laid registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) davs from the date hereof provided no valid objeciion has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the cancellation of the said land title deed (Kiine/Thigirichi/1298), and revert to the old land title deed (Kiine/Thigirichi/382), in the name cf Kamau Kamotho alias Gathitu Kamvtho.
