WHEREAS Kaniu Mukiri Kaniu, of P.O. Box 20, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 8.28 hectares, 0.10 hectare, 0.14 acre, 0.0816 hectare, 0.2331 hectare and 0.0557 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Githunguri/Githunguri/934, Githunguri/Kanjai/830, Githunguri/Kanjai/829, Kiambu Munici- pality Block II/164, Githunguri/Githunguri/780/1, Githunguri/ Githunguri/397/96, Githunguri/Githunguri/397/40/422, respective- ly, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
