IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Retirement Benefits Act, 1997, the Minister for Finance amends the Gazette Notice* specifying the period within which applications for registration of existing schemes should be made, by deleting therefrom the expression “Sth March, 1998” and inserting the expression “17th April, 1998”. Box 41004, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor of that piece of. land known as L.R. No. 37/251/2, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 19344/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has” been adduced to show that the said certificate of title negistered as IR. 19344/1 has been fost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a pro- visional certificate of ‘title provided that no objection has been _weceived within that period.
