APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation Act, I, Daniel Toroitich arap Moi, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— Jutius Gixonyo Kiano (Dr.) as chairman of the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 11th March, 1998.
