WHEREAS Ephantus Njogu Karuri, of P.O. Box 181, Kutus in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprictor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title Nos. Kabare/Nyangati/1662 and 1663, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have becn lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shail issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
