Box 43088, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elizabeth Kabui Wanjiku Gitagia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Kabui Wanjiku Gitagia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Wanjiku Gitagia for all pur- poses and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, desembe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Wanjiku Gitagia only.
