GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3357

WHEREAS Nahason Selaba Okech (ID/0968416/63), of P.O.Box 183, Luanda in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. West Bunyore/Ebusakami/552, situate in the district of Vihiga, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Vihiga, in civil suit No. 54 of 1996, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Angton Nyangweso Nabule, of P.O. Box 183, Luanda, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Angton Nyangweso Nabule, of P.O. Box 183, Luanda, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, T intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Angton Nyangweso Nabule, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nahason Selaba Okech, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
