WHEREAS Mwanja Mugwika, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.046.and, 2.128 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title Nos. Nkuene/Kithunguri/486 and Nkuene/Kithunguri/71, respectively, and whereas sufficient evi- ‘dence ;has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been-lost, notice is given that after the expiration of dixty (60) days'from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds: provided that no objection has been received within that period.
