WHEREAS Rachel Wangui Kimani, of Muchatha Village, Kiambaa Location, Kiambu District in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ‘ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kiambaa/Muchatha/T. 454, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued there- of has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 1439, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is regis- tered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. W. Bukusu/S, Mateka/2865, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas L.C. Board Court at Bumala Division in civil suit No. L.C.R. No. 43/96, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Eric Mulongo Nyongesa, (ID/7976226/70}, of P:O. Box 1439, Bungoma, and whereas the éxecutive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Eric Mulongo ‘Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 1439, Bungoma, and whereas all efforts made to compel the register- ed proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of Jand to the land registrar have failed, notice is given ithat after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Bric Mulongo Nyongesa, and upo? such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Calistus Kundu Murefu shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
