WHEREAS pursuant to section 65 (1) of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Kiangoma Farmers Co-operative Society Limited by at least three-fourths of the members are of the opinion that the society ought to be dissolved. Aad whereas I am of the opinion that the said society should be dissolved. Now therefore pursuant to section 65 (1) of the said Act, I cance] the registration of the society and order that it be liquidated. Any member of the society may within two (2) months of the date of this order, appeal to the Minister for Co-operative Development against the order. If no such appeal is presented within the time the order shall take effect upon’ expiry thereof. And further pursuant to section 69 of the said Act, I appoint Messrs. Kigo Njenga and Co., certified public accountants, P.O. Box 6865, Nairobi, to be liquidator and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
