GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2916

WHEREAS Beatrice Nakhumicha Ngaira, of P.O. Box 12, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Bungoma/Kamokoiwa/424, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kitale, in civil suit No. 10 of 1994, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Andrew Kakai Sabiri, of P.O. Box 12, Kitale, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Andrew Kakai Sabiri, of P.O. Box 12, Kitale, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been: received within that period, I intend to .dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Andrew Kakai Sabiri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Beatrice Nakhumicha Ngaira, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
