GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2915

WHEREAS Kaberi Kigicha (deceased), of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Ngenda/Iturw/346, situate ‘in the district of Thika, and whereas the resident magistrate’s court at Kiambu, in civil suit No. 494 of 1996, has ordered that the ¥% share of said piece of land be inherited by Daniel Karanja Kaberi, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Daniel Karanja Kaberi, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said tand title deed and proceed with the registration of the said succession document and issue a land title deed to the said Daniel Karanja Kaberi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kaberi reiche (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no © ect.
