APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 42A (b) of the Constitution of Kenya and in accordance with paragraph | of the second schedule to the Presidential and Parliamentary Regulations, 1992, the Electoral Commission appoints the follow- ing persons to be members of Language and Appeals Boards for the purpose of section 34 (c) of the Constitution of Kenya with effect from 4th August, 1998. .
