Box 14504, Nairobi, purstiant to notices issued to you on 14th December, 1995 and 8th Febuary, 1996, and the advertisement appearing in the Standard of 13th February, 1997, this notice serves as the final reminder requiring you to take delivery of your motor vehicle reg. KAC 786C, Toyota Oorona, model AT-171, currently lying at our yard along Popo Road, off Quarry Road, Nairobi.
The delivery is subject to payment of balance of repairs charges, storage charges and costs of this notice. Take notice that should you not pay the above stated charges and take delivery of the vehicle within thirty (0) days from the date of this notice, we shall be at liberty to dispose the motor vehicle to recover the aforestated charges.
