IN EXERCISE of tthe powers conferred by section 385 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Chief Justice empowers— , ROSEMELLE MUTOKA to hold an inquest into the cause of the death of Maryanne Njambi Neginyo, which occurred on or about 27th September, 1997, along Nairobi-Mombasa Road.
