THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COUR' AT GITHUNGURI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARGARET WANJINU MBUGUA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Causk No. 62 or 1998 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Nairobi, on 28th August, 1992, has been filed in this registry by (1) Peter Mbugua Thuo and (2) Jane Mugure Thuo, both of P.O. Box 687, Githunguri, in their respective capacities as son and daughter of the deceased. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
