GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3640

WHEREAS Muthiga Ngere (deceased), formerly of P.O. Box 14, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Githunguri/ Gathangari/T. 255, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 16 of 1998, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Arthur Gichuru Ndonye, as the sole proprietor, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Arthur Gichuru Ndonye, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been jost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been réceived within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission (R.L. 19) and a transfer by personal representative (R.L. 7) in the name of Arthur Gichuru Ndonye, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muthiga Ngere (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
