REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramadhan Salim Ali, of P.O. Box 86933, Momba- sa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 2647, section ITI, mainland north, situate within Mombasa Municipal- ity, Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as CR. 25267/1, and whereas suificient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
