NOTICE is given that the next statutory: meeting of Vihiga Liquor Licensing Court will be held in the District Commission- er’s office on 9th November, 1998 at 10.00 a.m. Applications to ve considerea at this meeting whether for new, renewal, transfer, removal or conversion. of licences should be submitted on the prescribed form G.P. 147 (or form G.P. 148 in case of transfer or removal) in triplicate, with a KSh. 10 adhesive revenue stamp affixed on the original.copy only and addressed to the chairman, Vihiga Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Box 75, Maragoli, so as to reach him on or before 25th September, 1998. Late applications will only be considered if received on or before 9th October, 1998, and on payment of KSh. 500 being late application fee. Applicants for new, transfer, removal or conversion of licences must appear in person before the liquor licensing court or be fepresented by an advocate. Attendance in court by renewal applicant is optional unless there is an objection in which case attendance is desirable. _ Applicant for renewal must attach a photocopy of his previous higence and send his application by registered post or deliver it by J.
